Our olive groves lie within the Serra de Montsant Natural Park, a future Biosphere Reserve, in the heart of Priorat. A Mediterranean climate of mild winters and hot summers, on limestone soils that give character to every harvest. This origin is protected by the PDO Siurana, one of the oldest and most select designations of origin in Spain.

The harvest begins in the first half of October, when the Arbequina olive reaches its optimal point of ripeness: veraison, the moment of maximum concentration of antioxidants and polyphenols. The olives are hand-picked using the traditional "milking" method, combing the branches so the fruit falls gently onto the nets. Each batch is milled on the same day it is harvested, by cold mechanical extraction at 27°C, to keep its aromas and properties intact.

Organic extra virgin olive oil, superior category, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Product of Spain.

Always raw. Salads, vegetables and fish; it is also a surprising match for desserts and ice cream.

Keep the bottle in its gift box, protected from light and sudden changes in temperature. Once opened, preferably consume within 15 days.
