How long does my order take to arrive?
In mainland Spain, between 24 and 48 business hours, with free shipping. The Balearic Islands, Portugal and the rest of Europe take somewhat longer. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. As these are food products, some items may be excluded from returns — see full details in our returns policy.
What's the difference between virgin and extra virgin olive oil?
The difference lies in the quality and sensory characteristics. Extra virgin is the highest category: it has no sensory defects and an acidity below 0.8%. Virgin olive oil is also obtained through mechanical processes, but may have minor aroma or flavor defects. That's why extra virgin is the preferred choice in Mediterranean cuisine.
Does extra virgin olive oil expire?
It doesn't expire the way other foods do, but we recommend consuming it within 18–24 months of harvest. You'll find the exact harvest date on every bottle.
