Yes. We ship to mainland Spain in 24/48 hours for €3.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €70.

What shipping options do you offer and what are their costs?

Standard shipping – Mainland Spain and Portugal
We use the MRW 24/48 h express service.
Cost: €3.90.
Free for orders over €70.

Standard shipping – Balearic Islands
MRW 48/72 h.
Cost: €8.90.

Express Shipping – Mainland Spain
Next day delivery before 2:00 p.m.
Cost: €7.90.
Available only for mainland Spain.

We do not currently ship to:
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.

Do you offer free shipping above a certain amount?

Yes. Shipping is free for orders over €70.
Promotion valid only for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

How long does it take for the order to arrive after I make the purchase?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day (except for payments by bank transfer).

Delivery times:
• Peninsula: 24/48 business hours
• Balearic Islands: 48/72 working hours

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. We ship to several European countries for €14.90 (up to 2 kg).
Approximate delivery: 3–5 business days.

Countries included: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs for countries outside the EU?

Shipping to America costs approximately €24.90 (up to 2 kg).
Approximate delivery: up to 15 business days.

Countries included: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Venezuela, United States and Canada.

Important:
Shipments outside the EU may incur import duties, customs fees, or bank charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We offer free exchange for incorrect, defective, or damaged products.
You must report it within a maximum of 7 days from receipt:

How can I return a product?

You can return your order within 15 days of delivery for any reason.

The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Steps:

1. Send us an email to jose@fincahostalets.es reporting the return.

2. We'll tell you how to send it back.

3. Once received and reviewed, we will refund the amount using the same payment method.

Return costs:
At the customer's expense, except if it is due to a defect or service error.
