A legacy born from the landFinca Hostalets 1898 has its origins in a family farmhouse. In a quiet corner of the Montsant, the olive tree was never just a crop, but a way of understanding the landscape, work and life.

Over time, the family built a way of doing things that still defines us today: respect for the land, patience and absolute dedication to the fruit.
From that honest relationship with nature came an EVOO that began to travel further than we ever imagined. From this estate in Priorat, our bottles reached places where only the exceptional gets in: first Harrods, in London, and later Korea, where our Mediterranean essence found an unexpected home.
Yet even with that reach, our identity never changed. We are still what we have always been: goldsmiths of EVOO.

For us, every harvest is a piece to be polished with care. EVOO is born from the land, but its character is shaped by time, experience and the sensitivity with which each olive tree is tended.
Our olive grove is farmed with the same respect as more than a century ago. The limestone soils of the Montsant, the Mediterranean climate and precise care give life to small productions, where purity, balance and the authenticity of the fruit come first.
We are not looking for quantity: we are looking for truth.
