What is the difference between extra virgin olive oil and olive oil?
Extra virgin olive oil is obtained only from olives and by mechanical means, and it is the highest category. An "olive oil" is a blend that includes refined oil.
What does PDO Siurana mean?
It is the Protected Designation of Origin that certifies the origin of our Arbequina, grown in the Priorat.
Is it organic?
Yes. It is organically grown Arbequina.
Is it a good gourmet gift?
Yes. It arrives in its gift tube and, if it is a gift, we write your note by hand and send it directly to the recipient.
How should it be stored?
Kept well closed and away from light, it keeps for several months. Once opened, it is at its best in the first few weeks.
